Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Luminet, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our API gateway, dashboard, and related services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, organization), usage metadata (request counts, timestamps, model identifiers), and billing information. By default, we do not log the body of prompts or completions. Customers may opt-in to per-request logging for debugging.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to bill customers; to provide support; to detect abuse and fraud; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share request data only with the upstream model provider you target. We never sell personal information. Subprocessors are listed on our Trust page and updated when changes occur.
4. Data retention
Account and billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax law. Usage metadata is retained for 90 days. Opt-in request bodies are retained for 14 days unless a longer retention is contractually required.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights contact billing@lumnt.com.
6. International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States, the European Economic Area, and other jurisdictions where our infrastructure operates. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers from the EEA and UK.
7. Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
